I THOUGHT THE LAND WOULD ALWAYS BE THERE

When I was young I took for granted the home land I grew up on would always be there waiting for me, even if I was absent. And for a long time I was absent. Now I look back on the past and remember all joy, and happy moments I experienced growing up on the land I took for granted. I don’t want my descendants to miss out on what I once took for granted. Freedom is not always free, especially when I was missing the most important things that God created and gifted to my ancestors and now me; even though none of us lifted a finger to create the land, the soil, birds, trees or the air we breath. Yet we all need His creation to enjoy His precious gift of Nature and life.
